Honor With Books

Universities like UNC Charlotte must keep their collections strong in many subject areas to attract and serve faculty and students. Through the Honor With Books program, not only can you help maintain and enhance our collections, it’s also a unique and thoughtful way to recognize a loved one, friend, special teacher, student or colleague.

For your donation, we’ll place a digital bookplate in a newly purchased book(s) on behalf of your honoree. You can even pick your subject of choice; arts, business, computing and informatics, education, engineering humanities, science and or social sciences.

$100: Adds to the Honor With Fund and plates one newly purchased book.

$250: Adds to the Honor With Fund and plates three newly purchased books.

$500: Adds to the Honor With Fund and plates six newly purchased books.

$25,000: Establishes a named endowment that plates books in perpetuity in a specific discipline with a custom designed bookplate. A pledge at this level may be fulfilled over a period of up to five years.
